1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or subscribing to the services provided by strong8kv.com ("Strong 8K IPTV", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our service.
2. Subscription & Account Credentials
Upon successful payment, your Strong 8K IPTV login credentials (including M3U playlist URLs, EPG links, and Xtream Codes API username/password) are dispatched to your provided email address and WhatsApp contact.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Sharing credentials publicly or allowing unauthorized third parties access to your account is strictly prohibited.
- Standard subscriptions allow one (1) simultaneous stream unless you have purchased an explicit multi-connection plan via our multiple connections service or our 12-Month VIP package (which includes 2 connections).
3. Internet Requirements & Streaming Quality
Strong 8K IPTV delivers video streams in authentic 8K, 4K UHD, and 1080p 60FPS. To enjoy smooth streaming with 0% buffering, users must maintain an active internet connection meeting the minimum recommended speeds:
- Standard HD Channels: 10 - 15 Mbps download speed.
- 4K UHD Channels & 60FPS Live Sports: 25 - 30 Mbps download speed.
- Native 8K Broadcasts: 40 - 50 Mbps stable connection.
We are not responsible for streaming degradation caused by local Wi-Fi interference, ISP bandwidth throttling, or improper player configuration.
4. Fair Use Bandwidth Policy
To ensure optimal Anti-Freeze™ 9.2 performance for all network members, accounts must not be automated for commercial rebroadcasting or restreaming to unauthorized third-party platforms without prior written distributor authorization.
5. Money-Back Guarantee & Cancellations
All subscriptions come with a 7-day money-back guarantee subject to our Refund Policy. Subscriptions are non-recurring prepaid passes; you will never be automatically charged at the conclusion of your billing period.
6. Third-Party DMCA Disclaimer
Strong 8K IPTV does not host, store, or archive any media files or video broadcasts on its servers.
